To get to the city from the Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express shuttle train to the Roma Termini station, then take a taxi or metro B (underground) to the Colosseum station (about 10 minutes). Leave the underground station and turn right. Walk towards Piazza Venezia; the hotel is halfway between Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum, at the traffic lights.
